1. About Us We sell handmade, hand-poured scented candles infused with crystals (e.g., amethyst, rose quartz). Products are decorative and for wellness/scent purposes only – crystals are not for ingestion.

Orders are offers to buy; we accept by confirming dispatch.
We may refuse orders (e.g., if out of stock).
Prices include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery (shown at checkout).

Dispatched within 48 hours of order recieved via Royal Mail Tracked 48

We are not liable for unforeseen delays.
5. Cancellation and Returns (Your Right to Change Your Mind) You have 14 days from receiving goods to cancel for a full refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Return items unused, in original condition (at your cost unless faulty).
Refunds processed within 28 days of receipt, 14 day notification to us is required.

6. Product Safety and Warnings
Candles: Burn within sight, keep away from flammables/children/pets. Trim wick to 5mm. Do not burn longer than 4 hours.
Crystals: Decorative only; not toys or edible. Choking hazard – keep from children.
Allergies: Check ingredients; fragrances may cause reactions.
7. Liability
Goods must be satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price
We are not liable for indirect losses.
